Hannah Hibbard

About Hannah

I am a people person and throughout my life I have always wanted to help others. As soon as I was able to delve into the realms of psychological health and therapy, both in my education and career, I did. I have been working in the space for just over eight and a half years and am excited to work with private clients alongside my public sector and charitable roles.

In this time, I have observed how taking care of a person’s health is more holistic than the psychological approach alone. So, with this in mind, I have also gained fitness instructing and personal training certificates so that I can include these important components of people’s universal wellbeing into my work.

I believe to truly take care of oneself, the physical health of an individual needs to take into account not only exercise, but also what you are consuming to fuel your body each day. With this in mind, I am have undertaken formal training in nutrition and alongside my own practices of healthy eating, have incorporated this into my therapeutic toolkit.

I hope this has given you some insight into the approach undertaken in my work, how I view my field and combined with the other information you have found on this site, I hope you will reach out using the form below.
